It\u2019s said that most hospital staffs were strongly against the acquisition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u6536\u8d2d\u9ad8\u5dde\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u9662\u201c\u6d41\u4ea7\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u8425\u7f51<\/p>\n<p>\u6838\u5fc3\u63d0\u793a\uff1a\u4eca\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u4f20\u51fa\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u6536\u8d2d\u9ad8\u5dde\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u9662\u201c\u6d41\u4ea7\u201d\u3002\u9ad8\u5dde\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u9662\u591a\u4f4d\u533b\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u5408\u4f5c\u6ca1\u6d88\u606f\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u201c\u8c08\u5d29\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u591a\u65b9\u6d88\u606f\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u4e0e\u9ad8\u5dde\u533b\u9662\u5df2\u7ecf\u201c\u5206\u624b\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u906d\u9047\u592e\u89c6\u201c\u56de\u6263\u95e8\u201d\u4e0e\u201c\u534e\u6da6\u6536\u8d2d\u201d\u53cc\u91cd\u98ce\u6ce2\u7684\u9ad8\u5dde\u533b\u9662\uff0c\u5176\u996e\u8a89\u5168\u56fd\u7684\u201c\u9ad8\u5dde\u6a21\u5f0f\u201d\u662f\u5426\u4ecd\u80fd\u7ef4\u7cfb\uff0c\u53d7\u5230\u5916\u754c\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6000\u7591\u3002\u4f46\u5f62\u52bf\u4f3c\u4e4e\u518d\u6b21\u5cf0\u56de\u8def\u8f6c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u6bcf\u65e5\u7ecf\u6d4e\u65b0\u95fb\u7684\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u4eca\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u4f20\u51fa\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u6536\u8d2d\u9ad8\u5dde\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u9662\u201c\u6d41\u4ea7\u201d\u3002\u9ad8\u5dde\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u9662\u591a\u4f4d\u533b\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u5408\u4f5c\u6ca1\u6d88\u606f\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u201c\u8c08\u5d29\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u591a\u65b9\u6d88\u606f\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u4e0e\u9ad8\u5dde\u533b\u9662\u5df2\u7ecf\u201c\u5206\u624b\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u5e741\u6708\uff0c\u9ad8\u5dde\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0e\u534e\u6da6\u96c6\u56e2\u7b7e\u8ba2\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca6\u4e2a\u5408\u4f5c\u9879\u76ee\u517111\u4ebf\u5143\u7684\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u9ad8\u5dde\u5e02\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u966249%\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u6536\u8d2d\u4fbf\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9879\u3002\u5728\u9ad8\u5dde\u533b\u9662\u80a1\u6743\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0e\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u5206\u522b\u5360\u80a151%\u300149%.<\/p>\n<p>\u65f6\u4efb\u9ad8\u5dde\u5e02\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u9662\u9662\u957f\u53f6\u89c2\u745e\u66fe\u516c\u5f00\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u533b\u9662\u5c06\u4ece\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u53d8\u6210\u80a1\u4efd\u5236\u533b\u9662\uff0c\u5b9e\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u9886\u5bfc\u4e0b\u7684\u9662\u957f\u8d1f\u8d23\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u8868\u6001\u4fdd\u8bc1\u533b\u9662\u6027\u8d28\u4e0d\u53d8\uff0c\u4ecd\u662f\u975e\u8425\u5229\u6027\u533b\u9662\uff1b\u4fdd\u8bc1\u533b\u9662\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u7f16\u5236\u3001\u5f85\u9047\u53ea\u5347\u4e0d\u964d\uff1b\u4fdd\u8bc1\u533b\u9662\u201c\u82b1\u5c0f\u94b1\u6cbb\u5927\u75c5\u201d\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u6a21\u5f0f\u957f\u671f\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0d\u53d8\uff1b\u4fdd\u6301\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u56e2\u961f\u4e0e\u7ba1\u7406\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0d\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u636e\u4e1a\u5185\u4eba\u58eb\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u5728\u6d3d\u8c08\u6536\u8d2d\u9ad8\u5dde\u533b\u9662\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u906d\u9047\u9ad8\u5dde\u5e02\u4eba\u6c11\u533b\u9662\u4e2d\u9ad8\u5c42\u5e72\u90e8\u4e0e\u533b\u751f\u7684\u53cd\u5bf9\uff0c\u533b\u9662\u5458\u5de5\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6301\u60b2\u89c2\u6001\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\uff0c\u534e\u6da6\u533b\u7597\u6574\u5408\u9ad8\u5dde\u533b\u9662\u7684\u5931\u8d25\u5e76\u975e\u4e2a\u6848\uff0c\u65b9\u6b63\u96c6\u56e2\u3001\u5e73\u5b89\u96c6\u56e2\u4ee5\u53ca\u66f4\u65e9\u7684\u534e\u6e90\u96c6\u56e2\uff0c\u90fd\u5728\u6536\u8d2d\u3001\u6574\u5408\u975e\u8425\u5229\u6027\u533b\u9662\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u78b0\u58c1\u3002\u591a\u6570\u4e1a\u5185\u4eba\u58eb\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u533b\u751f\u81ea\u7531\u804c\u4e1a\u653f\u7b56\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u8fdb\uff0c\u8ba9\u533b\u751f\u80fd\u591f\u6446\u8131\u533b\u9662\u7684\u675f\u7f1a\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u56f0\u5883\u624d\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u5730\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After more than one year\u2019s negotiation, China Resources Holdings still failed to acquire the People\u2019s Hospital of Gaozhou City in Guangdong province, which has been confirmed by hospital side.
