The purpose is to better make use of the medical resource, and let large public hospitals help suburban hospitals with the quality improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Hospitals with trusteeship will combine the processes of purchasing and recruitment etc., however, the ownership and the manage authority will be separated.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u5317\u4eac\u9996\u5bb6\u6258\u7ba1\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u6302\u724c<\/h3>\n<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u5317\u4eac\u5546\u62a5<br \/>\n\u6838\u5fc3\u63d0\u793a\uff1a\u5317\u4eac\u4e2d\u533b\u533b\u9662\u987a\u4e49\u533b\u9662\u6628\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u6302\u724c\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u8fd9\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u5317\u4eac\u9996\u5bb6\u5927\u578b\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u6258\u7ba1\u6539\u9769\u6b63\u5f0f\u62c9\u5f00\u5e37\u5e55\u3002\u7ee7\u53bb\u5e74\u5f00\u5c55\u201c\u533b\u836f\u5206\u5f00\u201d\u8bd5\u70b9\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4eca\u5e747\u6708\uff0c\u5317\u4eac \u5e02\u5728\u5927\u578b\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u6539\u9769\u65b9\u9762\u5f00\u59cb\u63a2\u7d22\u201c\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u6258\u7ba1\u201d\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u5e02\u533b\u7ba1\u5c40\u5206\u522b\u4e0e\u987a\u4e49\u533a\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u901a\u5dde\u533a\u653f\u5e9c\u7b7e\u7ea6\uff0c\u9996\u671f\u4e24\u4e2a\u6258\u7ba1\u5408\u4f5c\u8bd5\u70b9\u201c\u5317\u4eac\u4e2d\u533b\u533b\u9662\u987a\u4e49\u533b\u9662\u201d\u53ca \u201c\u5317\u4eac\u53cb\u8c0a\u533b\u9662\u65b0\u534e\u533b\u9662\u201d\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u59cb\u8fd0\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5317\u4eac\u4e2d\u533b\u533b\u9662\u987a\u4e49\u533b\u9662\u6628\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u6302\u724c\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u8fd9\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u5317\u4eac\u9996\u5bb6\u5927\u578b\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u6258\u7ba1\u6539\u9769\u6b63\u5f0f\u62c9\u5f00\u5e37\u5e55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7ee7\u53bb\u5e74\u5f00\u5c55\u201c\u533b\u836f\u5206\u5f00\u201d\u8bd5\u70b9\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4eca\u5e747\u6708\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u5728\u5927\u578b\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u6539\u9769\u65b9\u9762\u5f00\u59cb\u63a2\u7d22\u201c\u516c\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u6258\u7ba1\u201d\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u5e02\u533b\u7ba1\u5c40\u5206\u522b\u4e0e\u987a\u4e49\u533a\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u901a\u5dde\u533a\u653f\u5e9c\u7b7e\u7ea6\uff0c\u9996 \u671f\u4e24\u4e2a\u6258\u7ba1\u5408\u4f5c\u8bd5\u70b9\u201c\u5317\u4eac\u4e2d\u533b\u533b\u9662\u987a\u4e49\u533b\u9662\u201d\u53ca\u201c\u5317\u4eac\u53cb\u8c0a\u533b\u9662\u65b0\u534e\u533b\u9662\u201d\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u59cb\u8fd0\u884c\u3002\u5e02\u533b\u7ba1\u5c40\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u6258\u7ba1\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u53d1\u6325\u5e02\u5c5e\u4e09\u7ea7\u533b\u9662\u6280\u672f\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9 \u63d0\u9ad8\u4e24\u4e2a\u90ca\u533a\u53bf\u4e8c\u7ea7\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u5f53\u5730\u7fa4\u4f17\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u7f13\u89e3\u4e2d\u5fc3\u57ce\u533a\u5c31\u8bca\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5317\u4eac\u4e2d\u533b\u533b\u9662\u987a\u4e49\u533b\u9662\u603b\u9662\u957f\u5218\u6e05\u6cc9\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u4e24\u9662\u5408\u4f5c\u540e\uff0c\u8d22\u4ea7\u5f52\u5c5e\u5173\u7cfb\u4e0d\u53d8\uff0c\u4eba\u5458\u7f16\u5236\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0d\u53d8\uff0c\u4e24\u9662\u516c\u76ca\u6027\u548c\u627f\u62c5\u7684\u533b\u7597\u536b\u751f\u670d\u52a1\u529f\u80fd\u4e0d\u53d8\uff0c\u4e24\u9662\u5404\u81ea\u76f8\u5173\u7684 \u6750\u7684\u62db\u6807\u3001\u7edf\u4e00\u540e\u52e4\u793e\u4f1a\u5316\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u5408\u4f5c\u3001\u7edf\u4e00\u9762\u5411\u793e\u4f1a\u62db\u6536\u5408\u540c\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0a\u5219\u5b9e\u884c\u603b\u9662\u957f\u8d1f\u8d23\u5236\uff0c\u4e0b\u8bbe\u6267\u884c\u9662\u957f\u8d1f\u8d23\u5177\u4f53\u4e8b\u52a1\uff0c\u6210\u7acb\u201c\u5317\u4eac\u4e2d\u533b\u533b\u9662\u987a\u4e49\u533b\u9662\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u201d\uff0c\u4ee5\u5ba1\u8bae\u51b3\u5b9a\u533b\u9662\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u57fa\u672c\u5efa\u8bbe\u7b49\u91cd\u5927\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u4e24\u9662\u5408\u4f5c
