2010\u5e74\uff0c\u9510\u90a6\u516c\u53f8\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5176\u548c\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u8d77\u8349\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u534f\u8bae\u6709\u5784\u65ad\u4e4b\u5acc\uff0c\u8bc9\u81f3\u6cd5\u9662\u7d22\u8d541440\u4e07\u5143\u30022012\u5e745\u670818\u65e5\uff0c\u4e0a\u6d77\u4e00\u4e2d\u9662\u4e00\u5ba1\u5ba3\u5224\uff0c\u9a73\u56de\u9510\u90a6\u516c\u53f8\u5168\u90e8\u8bc9\u8bbc\u8bf7\u6c42\u3002\u9510\u90a6\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u670d\u5224\u51b3\u968f\u5373\u4e0a\u8bc9\u81f3\u4e0a\u6d77\u9ad8\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6628\u5929\uff0c\u4e0a\u6d77\u9ad8\u9662\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u4e66\u663e\u793a\uff1a\u6848\u4ef6\u6240\u6d89\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u533b\u7528\u7f1d\u7ebf\u4ea7\u54c1\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u5f3a\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u5730\u4f4d\u548c\u5b9a\u4ef7\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5b83\u57282008\u5e74\u300a\u8d2d\u9500\u5408\u540c\u300b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u9644\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5236\u5b9a\u9650\u5236\u6700\u4f4e\u8f6c\u552e\u4ef7\u683c\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5728\u672c\u6848\u76f8\u5173\u5e02\u573a\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u6392\u9664\u3001\u9650\u5236\u7ade\u4e89\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6784\u6210\u300a\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c\u5341\u56db\u6761\u6240\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5784\u65ad\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6700\u7ec8\uff0c\u5408\u8bae\u5ead\u786e\u8ba4\uff0c\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u5e94\u8be5\u5bf9\u9510\u90a6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u635f\u5931\u627f\u62c5\u8d54\u507f\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u4f46\u8d54\u507f\u8303\u56f4\u9650\u4e8e\u51762008\u5e74\u56e0\u7f1d\u7ebf\u4ea7\u54c1\u9500\u552e\u989d\u51cf\u5c11\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u5229\u6da653\u4e07\u5143\u3002\u800c\u5176\u4ed6\u5982\u201c\u53ef\u4ee5 \u671f\u5f85\u83b7\u5f97\u5229\u6da6\u635f\u5931\u201d\u3001\u201c\u5458\u5de5\u9063\u6563\u8d39\u201d\u3001\u201c\u7ecf\u9500\u63a8\u5e7f\u8d39\u7528\u201d\u7b491300\u591a\u4e07\u5143\u8bc9\u8bf7\u90fd\u4e0d\u4e88\u652f\u6301\u3002\u5bf9\u6bd4\u5176\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u8d62\u4e86\u5b98\u53f8\u8d54\u4e86\u94b1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c\u8be5\u6848\u5ba1\u5224\u957f\u4e01\u6587\u8054\u544a\u8bc9\u300a\u7b2c\u4e00\u8d22\u7ecf\u65e5\u62a5\u300b\uff0c\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u5224\u8d54\u7ed3\u679c\u548c\u8bc9\u8bf7\u5dee\u8ddd\u8f83\u5927\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u770b\u4e0a\u8bc9\u4eba\u7684\u635f\u5931\u662f\u5426\u4e0e\u5784\u65ad\u884c\u4e3a\u6709\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u56e0\u679c\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u7ecf\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53ea\u8ba4\u53ef\u56e0\u4e3a\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u65ad\u8d27\u7ed9\u4e0a\u8bc9\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u5784\u65ad\u884c\u4e3a\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u6c11\u4e8b\u548c\u884c\u653f\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9488\u5bf9\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u5784\u65ad\u884c\u4e3a\u8fdb\u884c\u5904\u7f5a\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u662f\u5426\u8fd8\u6709\u672a\u5c3d\u4e4b\u201c\u7f5a\u201d\u3002\u4e01\u6587\u8054\u8bf4\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53ea\u5bf9\u6c11\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u5224\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u4f1a\u9488\u5bf9\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u7684\u5784\u65ad\u884c\u4e3a\u53d1\u51fa\u884c\u653f\u5904\u7f5a\u5efa\u8bae\u4e66\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728\u6c11\u4e8b\u5224\u51b3\u91cc\uff0c\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u5df2\u7ecf\u627f\u62c5\u4e86\u5b83\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5f3a\u751f\u533b\u7597\u88ab\u8bc9\u5784\u65ad\u6848\u4e00\u6ce2\u4e09\u6298\uff0c\u5386\u7ecf\u4e09\u5e74\u5ba1\u5224\uff0c\u524d\u540e\u56db\u6b21\u5f00\u5ead\u5ba1\u7406\uff0c\u4e00\u5ba1\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\uff0c\u7ec8\u5ba1\u4e0a\u6f14\u201c\u5927\u7ffb\u76d8\u201d\u7684\u201c\u9006\u88ad\u201d\u7ed3\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u56fd\u5185\u9996\u4f8b\u7eb5\u5411\u5784\u65ad\u7ea0\u7eb7\uff0c\u672c\u6848\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u8bc9\u8bbc\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u8bf8\u591a\u5148\u4f8b\uff1a\u591a\u8fbe4\u4e07\u4f59\u5b57\u7684\u7ec8\u5ba1\u5224\u51b3\u4e66\u201c\u534a\u5224\u51b3\u534a\u6cd5\u7406\u201d\u3001\u8bc9\u8bbc\u53cc\u65b9\u5747\u59d4\u6258\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u5bb6\u5411\u6cd5\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e13\u5bb6\u610f\u89c1\u7b49\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u300a\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u6cd5\u300b\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u9002\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u793a\u8303\u3002<\/p>\n
