provinces have the authorization over projects such as the building new hospitals owned by Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan investors, and the medical practice certificate of foreign doctors in China etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u836f\u54c1\u518d\u6ce8\u518c\u7b49\u804c\u80fd\u5c06\u9010\u6b65\u4e0b\u653e<\/h3>\n<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5236\u836f\u673a\u68b0\u8bbe\u5907\u7f51<\/p>\n<p>\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u5370\u53d1\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u53d6\u6d88\u548c\u4e0b\u653e50\u9879\u884c\u653f\u5ba1\u6279\u9879\u76ee\u7b49\u4e8b\u9879\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u300b\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u300a\u51b3\u5b9a\u300b\uff09\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u5c06\u53d6\u6d88\u548c\u4e0b\u653e\u4e00\u6279\u884c\u653f\u5ba1\u6279\u9879\u76ee\u3002<br \/>\n\u636e\u6089\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u53d6\u6d88\u548c\u4e0b\u653e\u7684\u884c\u653f\u5ba1\u6279\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u53d6\u6d88\u548c\u4e0b\u653e\u7684\u670929\u9879\u3001\u90e8\u5206\u53d6\u6d88\u548c\u4e0b\u653e\u7684\u670913\u9879\u3001\u53d6\u6d88\u548c\u4e0b\u653e\u7684\u8bc4\u6bd4\u8fbe\u6807\u9879\u76ee\u67093\u9879\uff1b\u53d6\u6d88 \u7684\u6d89\u5bc6\u4e8b\u9879\u67091\u9879\uff1b\u53e6\u67094\u9879\u62df\u53d6\u6d88\u548c\u4e0b\u653e\u7684\u884c\u653f\u5ba1\u6279\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u4f9d\u636e\u6709\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8bbe\u7acb\u7684\uff0c\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u5c06\u4f9d\u7167\u6cd5\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u63d0\u8bf7\u5168\u56fd\u4eba\u5927\u5e38\u59d4\u4f1a\u4fee\u8ba2\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<br \/>\n\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u539f\u5c5e\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u603b\u5c40\u804c\u8d23\u7684\u836f\u54c1\u751f\u4ea7\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u8303\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3001\u836f\u54c1\u518d\u6ce8\u518c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u6539\u53d8\u836f\u54c1\u5185\u5728\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u8865\u5145\u7533\u8bf7\u884c\u653f\u8bb8\u53ef\u3001\u56fd\u4ea7\u7b2c\u4e09\u7c7b \u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u4e0d\u6539\u53d8\u4ea7\u54c1\u5185\u5728\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u53d8\u66f4\u7533\u8bf7\u884c\u653f\u8bb8\u53ef\u3001\u9996\u6b21\u8fdb\u53e3\u975e\u7279\u6b8a\u7528\u9014\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u884c\u653f\u8bb8\u53ef\u7b49\u884c\u653f\u804c\u80fd\u5c06\u9010\u6b65\u4e0b\u653e\u81f3\u7701\u7ea7\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u3002<br \/>\n\u539f\u7531\u56fd\u5bb6\u536b\u751f\u8ba1\u751f\u59d4\u8d1f\u8d23\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u522b\u884c\u653f\u533a\u3001\u6fb3\u95e8\u7279\u522b\u884c\u653f\u533a\u3001\u53f0\u6e7e\u5730\u533a\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5728\u5185\u5730\u8bbe\u7f6e\u72ec\u8d44\u533b\u9662\u7684\u5ba1\u6279\u6743\uff0c\u5c06\u4e0b\u653e\u7701\u7ea7\u536b\u751f\u548c\u8ba1\u5212\u751f\u80b2\u90e8\u95e8\uff1b \u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u536b\u751f\u8ba1\u751f\u59d4\u8d1f\u8d23\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u533b\u7597\u56e2\u4f53\u6765\u534e\u77ed\u671f\u884c\u533b\u5ba1\u6279\u5c06\u4e0b\u653e\u8bbe\u533a\u7684\u5e02\u7ea7\u536b\u751f\u548c\u8ba1\u5212\u751f\u80b2\u90e8\u95e8\uff1b\u9664\u5229\u7528\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u3001\u65b0\u5de5\u827a\u548c\u65b0\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u6d89\u53ca\u996e\u7528\u6c34\u536b\u751f\u5b89 \u5168\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5ba1\u6279\u5c06\u4e0b\u653e\u7701\u7ea7\u536b\u751f\u548c\u8ba1\u5212\u751f\u80b2\u90e8\u95e8\uff1b\u56fd\u5bb6\u536b\u751f\u8ba1\u751f\u59d4\u8d1f\u8d23\u7684\u9664\u5229\u7528\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u3001\u65b0\u5de5\u827a\u6280\u672f\u548c\u65b0\u6740\u83cc\u539f\u7406\u751f\u4ea7\u6d88\u6bd2\u5242\u548c\u6d88\u6bd2\u5668\u68b0\u4e4b\u5916\u7684\u6d88\u6bd2\u5242\u548c\u6d88\u6bd2\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u5ba1 \u6279\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u6bd2\u6027\u9274\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\u8d44\u8d28\u8ba4\u5b9a\u804c\u80fd\u5c06\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\u3002<br
