No second round price negotiation between hospitals and pharmaceutical manfacturers is allowed after the bidding process, according to the current drug procurement regulation, which means hospitals have to buy drugs at their bidding price. However, it’s exposured that almost every hospital in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, has secretely price bargain after the bidding was done. Usually they will have up to 40% of discounts based on the bidding price.<\/strong><\/p>\n
