One of the leading healthcare groups in China, Ningxia Medical University runs 27 hospitals across Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi provinces. The new platform will host the electronic medical record system used at Ningxia General Hospital as well as across its network of regional hospitals. It will also host the electronic health record database, decision support system and public health and chronic disease management platform, as well as other services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>\nBT\u8d62\u5f97\u4e2d\u56fd\u9996\u4e2a\u533b\u7597\u5408\u540c \u5f00\u521b\u533b\u9662IT\u5e73\u53f0<\/h3>\n<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u98de\u8c61\u7f51 \u4f5c\u8005:\u533b\u836f\u536b\u751f\u7f51<br \/>\nBT \u4eca\u5929\u5ba3\u5e03\u8d62\u5f97\u4e86\u5b81\u590f\u533b\u79d1\u5927\u5b66\u603b\u533b\u9662\u7684\u533b\u7597IT \u54a8\u8be2\u670d\u52a1\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5176\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u8d62\u5f97\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u533b\u7597\u5408\u540c\u3002<br \/>\nBT \u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e00\u4e2a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5f0f IT \u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u628a\u8be5\u533b\u9662\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u5404\u7c7b\u7cfb\u7edf\u8fde\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002\u5b81\u590f\u533b\u79d1\u5927\u5b66\u603b\u533b\u9662\u533b\u9662\u96c6\u56e2\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u9886\u5148\u7684\u533b\u7597\u96c6\u56e2\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5728\u5b81\u590f\u56de\u65cf\u81ea\u6cbb\u533a\u3001\u5185\u8499\u53e4\u81ea\u6cbb\u533a\u548c\u9655\u897f\u7701\u7ecf\u8425\u7740 27 \u6240\u533b\u9662\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5927\u529b\u8fdb\u884c\u5e73\u53f0\u5f00\u53d1\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6280\u672f\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u533b\u9662\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<br \/>\n\u8fd9\u4e2a\u65b0\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5c06\u627f\u8f7d\u5b81\u590f\u603b\u533b\u9662\u53ca\u5176\u5730\u533a\u533b\u9662\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u75c5\u4f8b\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd8\u5c06\u627f\u8f7d\u7535\u5b50\u5065\u5eb7\u8bb0\u5f55\u6570\u636e\u5e93\u3001\u51b3\u7b56\u652f\u6301\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0e\u6162\u6027\u75c5\u7ba1\u7406\u5e73\u53f0\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5b83\u670d\u52a1\u3002 \/>\nBT\u4e8e2012\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u4e9a\u592a\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u4e1a\u90e8\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u534f\u8c03\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u5bf9\u4e9a\u592a\u533a\u8fc5\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u533b\u7597 IT \u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5f00\u62d3\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u662f\u8be5\u90e8\u95e8\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u8d62\u5f97\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u7b14\u5408\u540c\u3002BT\u4e9a\u592a\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u4e1a\u90e8\u96c7\u7528\u4e86 130 \u591a\u540d\u4e13\u5bb6\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fdd\u969c\u3001\u4e34\u5e8a\u5b89\u5168\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u6280\u672f\u67b6\u6784\u548c\u91cd\u8981\u79d1\u76ee\u5b9e\u4e60\u7b49\u4f17\u591a\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u4e3a\u672c\u5730\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6267\u884c\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002<br \/>\n\u5b81\u590f\u533b\u79d1 \u5927\u5b66\u603b\u533b\u9662\u9662\u957f\u6768\u94f6\u5b66\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u4f17\u591a\u533b\u9662\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u5458\u5de5\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u7efc\u5408\u3001\u7edf\u4e00\u3001\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u6570\u636e\u7cfb\u7edf\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u65b0\u7684IT\u5e73\u53f0\u5bf9\u5b81\u590f\u533b\u79d1\u5927 \u5b66\u603b\u533b\u9662\u53ca\u533b\u9662\u96c6\u56e2\u672a\u6765\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u8de8\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u3002BT\u62e5\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3001\u672c\u5730\u56e2\u961f\u548c\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u6218\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e0e BT \u7684\u957f\u671f\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u628a\u5b81\u590f\u533b\u79d1\u5927\u5b66\u603b\u533b\u9662\u6253\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u5bb6\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u7ea7\u6570\u5b57\u533b\u9662\u3002\u201d<br 5 \u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u4f18\u5148\u4efb\u52a1\u3002BT \u5341\u5206\u8363\u5e78\u80fd\u591f\u53d1\u6325\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5f00\u53d1\u652f\u6301\u73b0\u4ee3\u533b\u7597\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u8fd9\u7b14\u5408\u540c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u9886\u5148\u533b\u9662\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u9996\u9009\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5c06\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e26\u6765
