The purpose is to better integrate the medical resources, and to make sure that there is at least one state-owned medical institute in every county to help with the implementation of health reform.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u653f\u5e9c\u56de\u8d2d30\u5bb6\u6c11\u8425\u533b\u9662 \u5316\u3002\u600e\u6837\u5728\u6c11\u8425\u533b\u9662\u5b9e\u65bd\u57fa\u672c\u836f\u7269\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u201c\u7ef4\u62a4\u516c\u76ca\u6027\u3001\u8c03\u52a8\u79ef\u6781\u6027\u3001\u4fdd\u969c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u201d\u7684\u6539\u9769\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u662f\u6446\u5728\u542f\u4e1c\u5e02\u59d4\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u9762\u524d\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u96be\u9898\u3002\u7ecf\u8fc7\u591a\u6b21\u8c03\u7814\uff0c\u542f\u4e1c
