According to the current system, the monthly payment for public health insurance is saved in the insurance card, and people can\u2019t get the cash back, because this money is saved for future medical treatment and drugs, usually the insurance card can only be used for medical purpose

\n\u8bb0\u8005\u968f\u5373\u6697\u8bbf\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u505a\u6cd5\u5982\u4eca\u5728\u4e0d\u5c11\u533b\u4fdd\u5b9a\u70b9\u836f\u5e97\u90fd\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4e34\u8fd1\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u7a81\u51fb\u82b1\u533b\u4fdd\u5361\u94b1\u4e70\u751f\u6d3b\u7528\u54c1\u7684\u73b0\u8c61\u8f83\u7a81\u51fa\u3002
