Chinese intellectual property laws have been overhauled to allow the nation’s drug makers to make less expensive copies of medicines still under patent protection. The move by China, considered a vital growth market for foreign pharmaceutical companies, comes within months of a similar action by India.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The amended patent law allows Beijing to issue compulsory licenses to eligible companies to produce generic versions of patented drugs during state emergencies, unusual circumstances, or in the interests of the public. For “reasons of public health”, eligible drug makers can also ask to export these medicines to other countries, including members of the World Trade Organization. \u56fd\u5bb6\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u5c40\u58f0\u660e\u79f0,\u4fee\u8ba2\u7248\u300a\u4e13\u5229\u5b9e\u65bd\u5f3a\u5236\u8bb8\u53ef\u529e\u6cd5\u300b\u5c06\u4e8e2012\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002\u6839\u636e\u4fee\u6539\u540e\u7684\u300a\u4e13\u5229\u5b9e\u65bd\u5f3a\u5236\u8bb8\u53ef\u529e\u6cd5\u300b,\u5728\u56fd\u5bb6\u51fa\u73b0\u7d27\u6025\u72b6\u6001\u6216\u8005\u975e\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u65f6,\u6216\u8005\u4e3a\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u76ee\u7684,\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u53ef\u5411\u5177\u5907\u5b9e\u65bd\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u9881\u53d1\u5f3a\u5236\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1,\u751f\u4ea7\u4e13\u5229\u836f\u54c1\u7684\u4eff\u5236\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916,\u4e3a\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u7684,\u5408\u683c\u7684\u5236\u836f\u5546\u8fd8\u53ef\u8bf7\u6c42\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u836f\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u5230\u5176\u5b83\u56fd\u5bb6,\u5305\u62ec\u4e16\u754c\u8d38\u6613\u7ec4\u7ec7(WTO)\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u3002\u6839\u636eWTO\u89c4\u5b9a,\u5728\u65e0\u6cd5\u627f\u62c5\u201c\u6551\u547d\u836f\u201d\u6210\u672c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b,\u5404\u56fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u9881\u53d1\u5f3a\u5236\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n

WTO\u63a8\u8350GileadSciences\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u6cf0\u8bfa\u798f\u97e6\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u3002\u6709\u6d88\u606f\u4eba\u58eb\u79f0,\u4e2d\u56fd\u6b64\u4e3e\u7784\u51c6\u7684\u662f\u6cf0\u8bfa\u798f\u97e6,\u4e2d\u56fd\u5236\u836f\u5546\u51c6\u5907\u751f\u4ea7\u8be5\u836f\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n
