The aim is to use the resource more effectively and to reduce the public medical expenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u73e0\u4e09\u89d29\u5e02\u5f00\u5c55\u533b\u5b66\u68c0\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e92\u8ba4<\/h3>\n<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u7f8a\u57ce\u665a\u62a5<\/p>\n<p>\u73e0\u4e09\u89d29\u5e02\u536b\u751f\u5c407\u65e5\u5728\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u536b\u751f\u5385\u7b7e\u7f72\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5f00\u5c55\u533b\u5b66\u68c0\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e92\u8ba4\u3002\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u653f\u534f\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3001\u7701\u536b\u751f\u5385\u5385\u957f\u59da\u5fd7\u5f6c\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u4e0b\u534a\u5e74\u5c06\u5728\u5168\u7701\u63a8\u5e7f\uff0c\u5404\u5730\u5e02\u4e09\u7ea7\u533b\u9662\u95f4\u90fd\u8981\u7b7e\u7f72\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u68c0\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e92\u8ba4\u3002<br \/>\n\u60a3\u8005\u6c42\u533b\u6362\u4e00\u5bb6\u533b\u9662\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u91cd\u590d\u505a\u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u8fd9\u65e0\u7591\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u60a3\u8005\u8d39\u7528\u30027\u65e5\u4e0b\u5348\u5728\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u536b\u751f\u5385\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u5168\u7701\u536b\u751f\u7cfb\u7edf2012\u5e74\u533b\u6539\u5de5\u4f5c\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e7f\u5dde\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u3001\u73e0\u6d77\u3001\u4f5b \u5c71\u3001\u4e1c\u839e\u3001\u4e2d\u5c71\u3001\u6c5f\u95e8\u3001\u8087\u5e86\u3001\u60e0\u5dde\u7b49\u73e0\u4e09\u89d29\u5e02\u536b\u751f\u5c40\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e86\u68c0\u67e5\u68c0\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e92\u8ba4\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5408\u7406\u3001\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u536b\u751f\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u7b80\u5316\u75c5\u4eba\u5c31\u533b\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u75c5\u4eba\u533b\u7597\u8d39 \u7528\u3002<br \/>\n\u6839\u636e\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u73e0\u4e09\u89d29\u5e02\u8f96\u533a\u5185\u6240\u6709\u4e09\u7ea7\u533b\u9662\u5c06\u5728\u4e34\u5e8a\u751f\u5316\u3001\u4e34\u5e8a\u514d\u75ab\u3001\u4e34\u5e8a\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u3001\u4e34\u5e8a\u8840\u6db2\u3001\u4f53\u6db2\u53ca\u5404\u7c7b\u6d82\u7247\u7ec6\u80de\u5b66\u68c0\u67e5\u7b49\u533b\u5b66\u68c0\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u548c\u666e\u901a\u653e\u5c04\u7ebf\u68c0\u67e5\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u7532\u4e59\u7c7b\u5927\u578b\u533b\u7528\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u9879\u76ee\u7b49\u533b\u5b66\u5f71\u50cf\u7ed3\u679c\u8fdb\u884c\u4e92\u8ba4\u3002<br \/>\n\u534f\u8bae\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u63a5\u8bca\u3001\u8f6c\u8bca\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u60a3\u8005\u65f6\uff0c\u5c06\u534f\u8bae\u5730\u5e02\u8f96\u533a\u5185\u6240\u6709\u4e09\u7ea7\u533b\u9662\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u6709\u5173\u68c0\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u548c\u68c0\u9a8c\u62a5\u544a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bca\u65ad\u6cbb\u7597\u4f9d\u636e\uff0c\u4e0d\u518d\u590d\u67e5\u3002\u56e0\u75c5\u60c5\u53d8\u5316\u6216\u8bca\u7597\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u75c5\u60c5\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8868\u73b0\u548c\u8bca\u7597\u89c4\u8303\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u68c0\u67e5\u548c\u68c0\u9a8c\u3002<br \/>\n\u7701\u536b\u751f\u5385\u8981\u6c42\u5404\u5730\u5f3a\u5316\u5bf9\u8f96\u533a\u5185\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u7684\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u533b\u5b66\u5f71\u50cf\u548c\u533b\u5b66\u68c0\u9a8c\u8d28\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u969c\u68c0\u67e5\u4e92\u8ba4\u5de5\u4f5c\u987a\u5229\u5f00\u5c55\u3002<br
