It\u2019s reported that Chinese pharmaceutical distributors have cash flow problem (e.g. Zuelllig Pharma), this is mainly caused by the delayed payments from hospitals. The current situation challenges the existing payment system in China, and there must be some improvement in terms of hospital payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5728\u8fd9\u5bb6\u533b\u836f\u7269\u6d41\u516c\u53f8\u7684GSP\u4ed3\u5e93\u5185\uff0c\u57fa\u836f\u5806\u6ee1\u4e86\u6258\u76d8\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6258\u76d8\u4e0a\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5c0f\u5c71\u4e00\u6837\u7684\u57fa\u836f\u3002\u5e93\u7ba1\u4eba\u5458\u4ecb\u7ecd\u8bf4\uff1a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57fa\u672c\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5382\u5bb6\u76f4\u53d1\u8fc7\u6765\u7684\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6708 \u90fd\u8981\u8d2d\u8fdb\u5927\u6279\u7684\u57fa\u836f\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u5382\u5bb6\u5c31\u4f1a\u56e0\u4e3a\u6ca1\u6709\u5b8c\u6210\u672c\u6708\u7684\u8d2d\u8fdb\uff0c\u800c\u53d6\u7f14\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u8d44\u683c\u3002\u9500\u552e\u4eba\u5458\u4ecb\u7ecd\u8bf4\uff1a\u57fa\u5c42\u533b\u7597\u5355\u4f4d\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\uff0c\u54c1\u79cd\u5206\u6563\uff0c\u8d2d\u8fdb\u91cf\u5c0f\uff0c\u8fdc\u8fdc\u8fbe \u4e0d\u5230\u5382\u5bb6\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u9500\u91cf\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u8d22\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u4ecb\u7ecd\u8bf4\uff1a\u4ece\u5382\u5bb6\u8d2d\u8fdb\u7684\u57fa\u836f\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u73b0\u6b3e\uff1b\u533b\u9662\u7684\u56de\u6b3e\u8981\u572830-90\u5929\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53ea\u80fd\u7b79\u63aa\u6d41\u52a8\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u57fa\u836f\u7684\u914d\u9001\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u9886\u5bfc \u4ecb\u7ecd\u8bf4\uff1a\u57fa\u836f\u5360\u538b\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u878d\u8d44\u6e20\u9053\u90fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u52aa\u529b\u8fc7\uff0c\u56fa\u5b9a\u8d44\u4ea7\u5df2\u7ecf\u5168\u90e8\u62b5\u62bc\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u4e0d\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u57fa\u836f\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u9700\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n

\u62db\u5546\u8bc1\u5238\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u5546\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u7ecf\u8425\u6027\u73b0\u91d1\u51c0\u989d\/\u51c0\u5229\u6da6\uff0c2009\u5e74\u4e3a1.09\u500d\uff0c2010\u5e74\u4e3a0.76\u500d\uff0c2011\u5e74\u53ea\u67090.38\u500d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5927\u578b\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u5546\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u65ad\u88c2\uff0c\u773c\u4e0b\u8fd8\u80fd\u7ef4\u6301\u7684\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\uff0c\u9760\u7684\u662f\u62c6\u4e86\u4e1c\u5899\u8865\u897f\u5899\u3002\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff1a\u4e1c\u5899\u5df2\u7ecf\u6b8b\u57a3\u65ad\u58c1\uff0c\u65e0\u65e7\u7816\u788e\u74e6\u53ef\u62c6\u65f6\uff0c\u5927\u578b\u4f01\u4e1a\u9760\u4ec0\u4e48\u5b8c\u6210\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u4efb\u52a1\uff1f<\/p>\n

\u516c\u5f00\u8d44\u6599\u663e\u793a\uff1a\u5168\u56fd\u53d6\u5f97\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u8d44\u683c\u7684\u533b\u836f\u5546\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u8d85\u8fc76000\u5bb6\u3002\u4ee5\u6bcf\u5bb6\u6708\u5747\u914d\u9001\u57fa\u836f200\u4e07\u5143\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u503c\uff0c\u4ee5\u533b\u9662\u5e73\u574760\u5929\u56de\u6b3e\uff0c\u505a\u4fdd\u5b88\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c \u5168\u56fd\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u5546\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u57fa\u836f\u5360\u538b\u6d41\u52a8\u8d44\u91d1\u603b\u989d\u8d85\u8fc7200\u4ebf\u5143\u3002200\u4ebf\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u504c\u5927\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e5f\u8bb8\u662f\u4e2a\u5c0f\u6570\u5b57\uff0c\u5404\u7701\u96c6\u91c7\u5e73\u53f0\u4ea4\u6613\u6c47\u603b\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5168\u56fd\u57fa\u836f\u533b\u9662\u5e74\u5ea6 \u603b\u8d2d\u8fdb\u8d85\u8fc71000\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u6708\u5747\u8d2d\u8fdb100\u4ebf\u5143\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff1a\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u5546\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u627f\u8f7d\u7740\u57fa\u836f\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf100%\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u8d44\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u663e\u7136\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230GSP\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u505a\u51fa\u8d44\u4ea7\u6027\u6295\u5165\u3002\u539f\u672c\u5c31\u6349\u895f\u89c1\u8098\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u88ab\u8d44\u4ea7\u6027\u6295\u5165\u6324\u5360\uff0c\u57fa\u836f\u914d\u9001\u5546\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u5e94\u58f0\u800c\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n
