The Aachen Student Chapter of SIAM is open to Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD students from any department who are interested in applied mathematics. Chapter membership is free. If you want to join the SIAM Student Chapter Aachen, please drop us an e-mail with your name, your affiliation and your current status (Student / PhD etc.). We will add you to the mailing list to keep you up to date with future activities.

Free SIAM Student Membership

All Chapter members are eligible for a free SIAM student membership. Benefits of having a SIAM membership include discounts on SIAM books, reduced registration rates for SIAM conferences, free online access to the SIAM Review journal, receiving the monthly SIAM News magazine and free membership in two SIAM Activity Groups (SIAG).

If you are a Chapter member, you can sign up for the free SIAM membership here: Free Student Membership. Choose your SIAG during the registration process, or use the online form for adding a SIAG after the registration.  Note, that the SIAM membership has to be renewed annually.
