Venue
The conference will take place in the Generali and Ford room of the SuperC at RWTH Aachen University,
Templergraben 57,Aachen,52062, Germany
They are many to come to Aachen, please refer to this website for detailed and up-to-date information. In particular, note that only low-emission vehicles are allowed in the Aachen environmental zone.
Registration and Submission
Both an abstract and an extended abstract need to be submitted for an oral presentation at the conference (see Deadlines). The abstract should be no longer than 300 words and fit one of the topic of the conference. It should be submitted directly to the conference submission system.
The participation fees are detailed in the table below. They include the dinner on the 16th of April 2024. They are subject to slight adjustment at the opening of the registration. The registration is done through the conference submission system.

Only bank transfer is available to pay the conference fees.
