With Advent of Code, there is a programming task behind every door. Any programming language or method can be used to solve the task.

For each day that you find the solution to the task, you receive an ASCII snippet. Once you have solved all the doors, a complete picture emerges on the Advent of Code homepage.

The challenges range from simple problems to complex puzzles – perfect for beginners and professionals alike.

Are You Looking for an Introduction to Programming Languages?

Our fIT team offers various programming courses for students:

• Introduction to Python: Python is a very popular programming language, especially for competitions and coding challenges – including Advent of Code.
• Introduction to MATLAB: MATLAB enables the solution of many mathematical and technical problems and is also used in many industrial sectors. You can also use MATLAB to solve tasks in Advent of Code.
