IT Center Satisfaction Survey 2025 – The Results Are In!

In October and November 2025, we conducted our annual IT Center Satisfaction Survey, in which all members of the RWTH Aachen University were able to rate the services and support offered by the IT Center.

In the survey, we also asked you for suggestions for improvement, which have already been reviewed and analyzed by our various teams and groups over the past few months.

RWTHmoodle: 2026 User Survey

Since the launch of RWTHmoodle in 2019, we have been continuously working to further improve the teaching and learning platform. The annual user survey plays a key role in this effort. This year, we would once again like to hear from you about how you rate the platform, including its performance and usability. This year, there is a special focus on the use of AI within RWTHmoodle and digital accessibility.

Anyone who was registered in at least one learning space during the summer semester of 2026 as a student, other participant, instructor, or learning space manager is eligible to participate. Between August 6 and 26, 2026, you can help improve RWTHmoodle and our support services by participating in the user survey.

Ritchy – Your Opinion Matters!

Since April 2025, our chatbot Ritchy has been available to assist you around the clock, even after our regular support hours. It provides answers, tips, and suggested solutions, and is designed to complement our personal customer support services.

We have already introduced Ritchy in a previous blog post and explained its advantages and special features.

RWTHmoodle – Results of the User Survey Are in!

This year, you once again had the opportunity to participate in the RWTHmoodle user survey to evaluate the teaching and learning platform. The survey took place from August 4 to 24, 2025, for all persons who were booked into at least one course in the 2025 summer semester. RWTHapp Satisfaction Survey 2024

The RWTHapp satisfaction survey ran from July 22 to August 2, 2024. Before we get into the evaluation, we would like to thank you for the active participation! With almost 4000 clicks, there were over 2000 fully completed questionnaires. The results of the survey will be incorporated into the further development of the RWTHapp.
