Since the launch of RWTHmoodle in 2019, we have been continuously working to further improve the teaching and learning platform. The annual user survey plays a key role in this effort. This year, we would once again like to hear from you about how you rate the platform, including its performance and usability. This year, there is a special focus on the use of AI within RWTHmoodle and digital accessibility.
Anyone who was registered in at least one learning space during the summer semester of 2026 as a student, other participant, instructor, or learning space manager is eligible to participate. Between August 6 and 26, 2026, you can help improve RWTHmoodle and our support services by participating in the user survey.
Your Opinion Matters!
Over the years, the system has grown steadily and undergoes regular new releases and updates. To help us identify areas where improvements are still needed, we need your feedback. Through this survey, we’re gathering valuable suggestions for improving RWTHmoodle and its support services. This is the only way we can address your needs effectively and continue to enhance the learning experience at RWTH Aachen University.
Eligibility and Duration
All students, faculty, and staff, as well as external participants who used RWTHmoodle during the 2026 summer semester and had access to at least one learning space, are cordially invited to participate in this voluntary user survey. The survey takes about ten minutes to complete, but you can pause it at any time and resume it later.
Conduct and Responsible Parties
The survey is a joint project of the IT Center and the Center for Teaching and Learning Services, Department of Learning Platforms, Evaluation, Assessment & Analytics (LEA), at RWTH. These teams are actively involved in continuously improving the RWTHmoodle user experience and are also available to answer your questions and receive your feedback.
