My Apprenticeship at the IT Center
My name is Daniel Malenkovic and I completed my training as a dialog marketing specialist at the IT Center at RWTH Aachen University. In this blog post, I talk about the training, my tasks and the highlights I was able to experience here – and hopefully I can motivate some of you to also consider such training.

The IT Center Picture Puzzle: IT Center Management

RWTHmoodle User Survey 2023 – Help Us Improve Your Learning Experience!
It’s that time again! The annual RWTHmoodle User Survey starts today on July 10, 2023 and runs until July 30, 2023. You have the opportunity to share your experience with the system and give us valuable feedback now if you have used RWTHmoodle and were authorized in at least one learning session during the summer semester 2023. Together, we can further improve RWTHmoodle and adapt the support offering accordingly.
IT Center Satisfaction Survey 2022 – The Results Are In!
In October and November 2022, we conducted our annual IT Center Satisfaction Survey, in which all members of the RWTH Aachen University were able to rate the services and support offered by the IT Center. In the survey, we also asked for your suggestions for improvements.
Over the past few years, your satisfaction with our services and support has increased steadily.
MATSE Trainee Wins 2nd Place at GermEval Contest
Trainees bring a breath of fresh air to companies and often surprise with remarkable achievements. A notable example is Patrick Gustav Blaneck, a former MATSE trainee at the IT Center, who won the second place at the GermEval 2022 contest.
We as an employer think that it’s important to recognize and highlight the achievements of our employees. For that reason, we spoke with Patrick about his work, the experience he gained along the way, and his plans for the future.
