AC.CES.2017

News

Information for speakers:

The scheduled time for a presentation in a parallel session is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions and set-up. The session chairs have been asked to strictly adhere to the schedule. For your presentation, we will provide a laptop (PowerPoint and AdobeReader) as well as a presenter. You are also free to use your own laptop (bear in mind that you will need a VGA connection and that the time to connect and setup your laptop reduces your effective speaking time). In either case, please test the functionality of computer and presentation before your actual session.

Information for poster presenters:

To prevent problems caused by transporting poster rolls in planes, we offer to print posters of people traveling by plane. To have your poster printed by us, send it as PDF (A0 portrait) to acces@aices.rwth-aachen.de by July, 7th.
