Venue and Travel
The conference will take place in the „Super-C“ and surrounding buildings of RWTH Aachen University in Aachen, Germany.
Aachen is the westernmost city in Germany, adjacent to Belgium and the Netherlands, and 65 km west of Köln (Cologne). Aachen can be reached by train from airports in Köln, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, and Bruxelles. Please note that the railway track between Köln and Aachen will be blocked during the time of our conference due to construction, which might lead to complications when traveling through Köln Airport to Aachen. We will try to provide assistance with alternative train schedules as the conference approaches.
The RWTH Super-C building is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the city center. If you prefer public transportation, bus stops near the Super-C are Technische Hochschule (Line 13) and Driescher Gässchen (Lines 7, 13, 33, 44, 47, 77, 147). Once at the Super-C building, signs will direct you to the lecture rooms for the conference.
