Sponsorship Opportunities
If you are interested in supporting the YIC GACM 2015 while at the same time presenting your company and your ideas to an audience of young researchers, several different sponsoring possibilities are available to you. Gold Sponsor (3000 € or more)
The Gold sponsorship will include a 2×2 m2 „basic exhibitor space“ for the first three conference days. The exhibitor space is free of additional charge for you and includes a poster wall and a table with high stools. Furthermore, you will receive two complimentary conference registrations including the possibility to present your own talk as a regular member of the conference. Your company’s logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the conference and your status as Gold Sponsor will be recognized in the final conference program booklet and on the conference website. If desired, we can include one advertisement flyer, which is provided by you, in the conference bags.
Silver Sponsor (500 € or more)
Your company’s logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the conference. In addition, your company will be recognized in the final conference program booklet and on the conference website.
Other Sponsorship Opportunities
In addition to the Gold and Silver sponsorships, we are searching for sponsors who will support one specific event of the conference. These events include the conference dinner (3000 €), one of the lunches (2000 €) or two coffee breaks – morning and afternoon – (1000 €). The lunches and the refreshment breaks take place at the central conference building and will be open to all attendees and exhibitors. The specific event will then carry your name (mentioned on a roll-up behind the buffet (e.g. „YourName Dinner“), in the opening speech, as well as in the final program on the website and in the booklet). Note also that the conference proceedings will be distributed to the participants on USB sticks, thus you can take the opportunity to provide us with USB sticks with your logo. All sponsorship opportunities in this last category are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
