Ritchy
Ritchy is an AI-powered chatbot of the IT ServiceDesk that assists with inquiries related to the IT services provided by the IT Center.
The service is based on modern language models from Microsoft Azure OpenAI and uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology to deliver answers directly from the verified IT Center Help knowledge base.
Access is provided via a custom-developed web interface that ensures data protection compliance and direct integration with IT support.
