We have almost reached the end of our blog series on the vocational training to become a management assistant in dialogue marketing. Doing a vocational training at a university? How can that be done? Quite simply! Even though a university is often associated with a study program, you still have the opportunity to complete vocational trainings at the various central offices, institutes and chairs. And this is also the case here at the IT Center.
In this next article of our blog series on the vocational training program for management assistants in dialogue marketing – DiMa for short – we will introduce you to the application process. With this blog post, we are starting our series of articles on the subject of Vocational Training – Management Assistants for Dialogue Marketing. This is an apprenticeship that you can complete exclusively at our IT Center at RWTH Aachen University. One exception is the Uniklinik RWTH Aachen, which, however, follows a separate process.
Today we start with a profile of this vocational training. In our upcoming posts, you will get detailed information on the application process and insights into the daily life of an apprentice from one of our current apprentices. In the final part of the blog series, which we will split into two articles, we will present you the impressions of former apprentices in their position as permanent employees.*
Carnival Celebration at the IT Center 2023
On fat Thursday, the IT Center was finally bright and colorful again.
Disguised employees from different departments of the IT Center met at the festively decorated IT-ServiceDesk at Seffenter Weg 23.
At exactly 10:11 am the carnivals party started. With suitable music the beloved fifth season was celebrated.
Company Trip 2022 – Finally In Person Again!
What was still hopeful last time became reality: After a digital company event in 2020, we were finally able to get together in person again this year. Despite the bad weather that had been announced, around 140 IT Center colleagues took part in the company trip. So much commitment was rewarded by the weather of Aachen – it improved hourly. The meeting point was at Kopernikusstraße 6 on October 21 at 9 am. I was able to go on an educational trip to the Advanced Training Academy of the Ministry of the Interior of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (FAH) in Herne recently as part of our internal advanced training concept. What my time was like during the two-day training on the topic of personnel marketing and employer branding, how important the topic is in times of labour shortage and what other exciting content I took away with me, I have recorded for you in this blog post.
