The first RDM network meeting of the year will take place online on January 22, 2026. We are particularly pleased to welcome Mario Moser from WZL / NFDI4Ing, who will give us exciting insights into research on data infrastructure in his presentation “Data Mesh for RDM in the Engineering Sciences.”

On January 22, 2026, the RDM Network at RWTH Aachen University cordially invites you to the first network meeting of 2026. The event will take place online via Zoom and will begin at 10am.
At this meeting, Mario Moser (WZL / NFDI4Ing) will present the concept of “Data Mesh for RDM in the Engineering Sciences.” The focus will be on how a data-oriented infrastructure can be designed in the engineering sciences to make it easier to share, access, and reuse data. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for interactive exchange with the community.
