On Friday, December 13, 2024, the IT Center will only be open for you during limited opening hours due to an internal event.
IT-ServiceDesk
The IT-ServiceDesk at SuperC and Seffenter Weg 23 will remain open as usual. However, there may be delays in the processing time from 3pm. You can reach us on that day as follows:

- Via chat: via the ‘Chat Support’ button. You can find this on the IT Center website, in the IT Center Help documentation portal or in RWTHmoodle.

For personal contact, our locations below are open as usual for you at the following times
- SuperC: 8am to 4pm.
- Seffenter Weg 23: 8am to 4pm

InfoPoint and General Availability
The InfoPoint at Seffenter Weg 23 will be staffed on the day from 8am to 2pm. The entrances to the service buildings at Seffenter Weg 23 (InfoPoint entrance) and Kopernikusstraße 6 will be closed from 2pm.
The entrance to the IT Service Desk at Seffenter Weg 23 will remain open until 4pm.
The locations at Wendlingweg 10 and Kackertstraße will be closed all day.
If you need to enter outside the above-mentioned opening hours, please register with your contact person in good time.
From Monday, December 16, 2024, the IT Center will be back to its usual opening hours.
