The IT Center Help platform has supported us since last year July 23 and provides you with answers to countless questions about the IT Center’s IT services. Whether FAQs about specific services, detailed step-by-step instructions or useful quick links to applications for studying, teaching and research, the documentation platform has all this and much more to offer. Our goal is to provide online answers to all your questions.
However, what is a help platform without the opinion of the users? In the process of quality assurance and customer satisfaction, we have added a new feature to IT Center Help. You now have the possibility to tell us how happy you are with the content of our platform. For this purpose, you can indicate how much the content of the according tutorial has helped you based on five opinion polls below each tutorial. With one click you can tell us how well your questions were answered. This feedback will help us to improve our service continuously and to increase your customer satisfaction, similar to the feedback function for support requests. Because that is our highest priority.
The feedback on our content is stored anonymously and helps us to recognize specific content with potential for improvement. This enables us to identify unclear parts of the content and where you need further support. If certain content is unclarified, we can act faster and in a more specific way thanks to your feedback. In addition to this function, you can of course contact us at any time if you have further thoughts about our content. We are looking forward to your feedback!
