In the first half of 2026, the RDM team at RWTH Aachen University will once again be offering a comprehensive training program on research data management (RDM). The program is aimed at researchers, data stewards, and anyone else who is involved in the structured handling of research data or would like to deepen their knowledge in this area.
Introduction to Research Data Management
For those who would first like to get an overview, our self-study courses are still available on RWTHmoodle.
The courses are available in German and English and form the basis for the advanced workshops. They teach key concepts of research data management throughout the data lifecycle and provide an overview of the RDM services and infrastructures at RWTH Aachen University:
- Überblick zum Management von Forschungsdaten (FDM I – online)
- Research Data Management – an Overview (RDM I – online)
