The IT-ServiceDesk is now entering hibernation as well. But don’t worry, the IT service is guaranteed at all times!
The locations Wendlingweg 10 and Super C close their doors for support from 20.12.2019 to 06.01.2020.
At our location at Seffenter Weg 23 we will be available to answer your questions personally between 08:00 and 12:00 o’clock. From 08:00 to 16:00 o’clock you can reach us by phone via the number 0241/80-24680 and by chat via the “Chat Support” button, which you can find in the IT Center Help, on RWTHmoodle or in the RWTHApp (Facilities -> IT-ServiceDesk). Otherwise, you can always send us an e-mail to servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de.
During the Christmas holidays (24. – 26.12.) as well as New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day (31.12. – 01.01.) all our locations will be closed!
We thank you for your understanding, wish you a peaceful holiday and will be available again at all locations from Monday, 06.01.2020 during our usual opening hours.
