Christmas is just around the corner and the year is ending. The IT Center will therefore have adjusted opening hours between Christmas and the beginning of January.
In the period from December 27, 2023 to January 5, 2024, the IT-ServiceDesk will be available at the following times:
- By telephone: from 8am to 4pm on the phone number +49 241 80 24680
- Via chat: from 8am to 4pm via the “Chat Support” button. You can find this button in the IT Center website, our documentation portal IT Center Help, on RWTHmoodle or in the RWTHApp (Facilities -> IT-ServiceDesk).
- By email: Of course, you can contact us at any time by e-mail at servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de
The IT ServiceDesk at the SuperC and Seffenter Weg 23 locations is closed to the public.
Instructions on how to use and install our services can be found on IT Center Help.
The Laptop-Rental-Pool and the Print Service will be closed throughout the above-mentioned period.
The infoPoint will be open from 8am to 4pm as usual.
You can reach the MATSE administration by phone on +49 241 80 29232 and email at matse@itc.rwth-aachen.de from December 27, 2023 to December 29, 2023 from 8am to 13pm. From January 2, 2024, the MATSE administration will be available again during normal office hours.
Please note that the VR Lab will close December 20, 2023 already and will remain closed until and including January 7, 2024.
As of Monday, January 8, 2024, the IT-ServiceDesk will be happy to assist you again at the usual opening hours.
