Do you need help setting up eduoram on your mobile device, for example? Are you still struggling to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for RWTH Single Sign-On or are you looking for help installing certain software? Simply make an appointment for the “Treffpunkt mobile Geräte” (TreMoGe) – we will help you configure our IT services in peace and time and are available to answer your questions.
The TreMoGe Calendar for Students
With the TreMoGe calendar, you can easily book an appointment with us at Seffenter Weg 23 in six easy steps:
- Click on the TreMoGe calendar.
- Select whether you need help setting up individual services or installing software or reinstalling a computer (PC/laptop).
- Select a free date in the calendar:
- Decide on a time. We offer TreMoGe on the following days and at the following times:
Monday: 9:30am to 1pm
Tuesday: 1pm to 4pm
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 9:30am to 12:30pm
Friday: 12:30pm to 4pm - Briefly describe the reason for your visit, e.g. “Configuration of MFA”.
- State your matriculation number.
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please remember your end devices and, if you have purchased products, the license information.
TreMoGe Service Hours for Employees
Employees of RWTH Aachen University can visit the IT-ServiceDesk during normal opening hours without prior appointment.
