Ritchy – Your Opinion Matters!

Since April 2025, our chatbot Ritchy has been available to assist you around the clock, even after our regular support hours. It provides answers, tips, and suggested solutions, and is designed to complement our personal customer support services.

We have already introduced Ritchy in a previous blog post and explained its advantages and special features.

Your opinion is important to us

In addition to the integrated feedback system, where you can rate each answer with a thumbs up or down, we would now like to measure the acceptance and willingness to use the chatbot for the first time. Our goal: to tailor Ritchy even better to your needs – and for that we need your support!

 

How to participate

If you have already used Ritchy, we invite you to participate in our survey. The survey will run from November 19, 2025, to January 18, 2026.

The survey is anonymous, takes only about 10 minutes to complete, and can be filled out in German or English.

If you haven’t tried Ritchy yet, you are welcome to do so and then answer the survey.

Your experiences, ideas, and suggestions for improvement will help us optimize Ritchy specifically according to your requirements.

 

It’s worth taking part!

As a small thank you, we are giving away 15 “Schenk Lokal Aachen” vouchers worth €15 each to all participants. You can use these to shop at numerous retailers in Aachen – your opinion pays off directly.
