Let’s have a chat – Chat support now also accessible via RWTHmoodle

By telephone, ticket portal, e-mail or in personal consultation – lectures and students already have the option to contact the IT-ServiceDesk via a variety of channels to get individual support regarding RWTHmoodle. To make it even easier for you to contact our support team if you have any problems while using the new learning platform, we have now integrated our Chat Support into RWTHmoodle. From now on you can reach this chat directly via the RWTHmoodle start page and the course rooms.

 

The IT-ServiceDesk will be pleased to help you in a personal chat from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

 

Outside our chat hours you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions in our IT Center Help.
