This week we launched our new RWTHonline Survey 2021 for Employees, which takes a look at the user-friendliness of RWTHonline from a technical perspective. The survey is designed for staff of the faculties and the central university administration who regularly work with RWTHonline.
In the past, we have already received critical feedback on RWTHonline in the context of our user satisfaction surveys. As a result, this feedback has already been utilized in the improvement of this service. The rating of RWTHonline has risen continuously over the past three years. Last year, we conducted a survey for students for the first time, which was very fruitful.
If you are employed at RWTH Aachen University and regularly work with RWTHonline, please support us with your participation to further improve the user-friendliness of RWTHonline. We would like to hear from you how you rate RWTHonline and our support for RWTHonline.
