We Are There for You During Our Company Excursion!

On Friday, April 21, 2023, our annual company excursion will take place. As a result some employees of the IT Center, including the                    IT-ServiceDesk, won’t be available on this day. Therefore, there may be occasional delays in ticket processing or availability by phone.

However, the opening hours of the IT-ServiceDesk will not be affected:

We are open for you as usual at the locations Seffenter Weg 23 and SuperC from 7:30am to 4pm.

During this time you can also reach the IT-ServiceDesk as usual via the following channels:

Via chat: You can find the button on the IT Center website, in the documentation portal IT Center Help, on RWTHmoodle or in the RWTHApp (Facilities à IT-ServiceDesk).

By email: until 6 pm we are also available at servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de

The service buildings will be closed from 4pm and therefore no longer accessible for public visits.

As of Monday, April 24, 2023, the IT-ServiceDesk will be be operating as usual for you again.
