Due to an internal event, the IT Center will be open on Friday, August 18, 2023 with limited opening hours.

IT-ServiceDesk

On August 18, 2023 the IT-ServiceDesk is available for you as follows:

• By phone: From 07:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. via the known number +49 241 80 24680.
• Via chat: From 07:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. via the “Chat Support” button. You can find this on the IT Center website, in the IT Center Help documentation portal or on RWTHmoodle.
• Via e-mail: In addition, you can of course reach us by e-mail at servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de.
• In person: The IT-ServiceDesk locations at Seffenter Weg 23 and SuperC close at 12 noon.

InfoPoint & General Accessibility

The infoPoint at Seffenter Weg 23 is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, the doors at the buildings at Seffenter Weg 23 and Kopernikusstraße 6 will be closed from 1 pm. The Wenlingweg 10 and Kackertstraße 10 locations will be closed to the public all day on August 18, 2023.

So if you have an appointment at the IT Center, please get in touch with your contact person in advance!

From Monday, August 21, 2023, the IT Center will be open again at the usual opening hours.
