DSgG 2024 – Website online!

We kindly present: The website for this year’s workshop “Data Stewardship goes Germany”, DSgG for short, is online. There you will find everything you need to know about this year’s DSgG. The event will take place on September 11 and 12, 2024 at RWTH Aachen University and is aimed at data stewards, data experts, data curators, data managers, research software engineers and anyone interested in research data management (RDM). We have compiled all the important information for you in this article.


About the DSgG

The Data Stewardship goes Germany workshop, organized by the Research Data Management working group of TU9, the alliance of leading technical universities in Germany, is taking place for the third time in a row. After Braunschweig and Dresden, the imperial city of Aachen will host the event in fall 2024. The overarching theme of the workshop series is “Research Data Management (RDM) in Science and Technology” and is primarily aimed at data stewards, also known as research data (handling) officers, etc. This year’s focus is on stakeholders and their development of networks in the field of data stewardship.


DSgG Website

On the DSgG website you will find all information about the workshop, hotel recommendations, information about submitting contributions in the form of presentations or posters, the exact dates, the latest news, which will be updated regularly, and much more. Registration for the DSgG will be activated as soon as the accepted submissions are announced at the end of June 2024.
