Mobile Vaccination Bus Makes Another Stop at RWTH
The mobile vaccination bus of Städteregion Aachen will be making another stop at RWTH Aachen University on Thursday, October 28, 2021. The bus will stop in front of the Main Building, Templergraben 55, from 12 to 7:30 p.m. Anyone interested can get vaccinated with the vaccine of their choice – free of charge and no prior appointment needed (for second vaccinations, the choice is limited to the approved vaccines for the second shot).
Please note: you must provide proof of ID and your health insurance card.
Update: Regulations and Recommendations for the Winter Semester
The RWTH Crisis Management Team has created a summary of the current regulations and recommendations for implementing the Coronavirus Protection Ordinance at RWTH. The document is available here (PDF). In this updated version of the document, we have integrated the current regulations of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia regarding the discontinuation of the incidence levels as a guiding criterion. We have also integrated the Access Concept sent out a few days ago and adjusted all dates to the winter semester. Implementation of the 3G Regulation in Winter Semester 2021/2022
The Rectorate, the Crisis Management Team, and the Deans of Academic Affairs have agreed on an access concept to implement the 3G regulation in the 2021/2022 winter semester at RWTH.
The access concept is available for download. Please familiarize yourself with the regulations in place. We ask for your understanding that some students may be denied access to courses.
Please note: The German Government has decided that from October 11, 2021 (the start of the lecture period) citizens’ tests will no longer be offered free of charge. Further information: Free Testing Stops October 11

The bus will stop in front of the Main Building, Templergraben 55, from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Anyone interested can get vaccinated with the vaccine of their choice – free of charge and no prior appointment needed (for second vaccinations, the choice is limited to the approved vaccines for the second shot).
