The IT-ServiceDesk is reopening for personal support!

We can finally welcome you in person again! Our IT ServiceDesk is reopening and you can get our assistance directly on site.

Personal support at the IT-ServiceDesk

You need help and personal support with one of our services? Visit us at our location Seffenter Weg 23! All you need to do is book an appointment. There you will also find all the important information regarding your visit. You can book appointments for personal consultation hours from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 15:15.

Please make sure to keep following all hygiene measures. During your visit, we kindly ask you to keep at least 2 metres distance to other persons and to wear a mouth-nose-covering. These measures ensure your protection and that of our staff.

If you feel ill or cannot keep your appointment for any other reason, please cancel your booked appointment. In this case, we will be happy to help you by phone, chat or email.

Our range of services

Due to current measures, we are still unable to offer our full range of services. You can book an appointment for the following concerns:

  • DFN User Certificate
  • DFN Server Certificate
  • Personal support – contactless

We cannot perform installations or setups on your mobile devices. For best support with installations and setups we recommend the use of TeamViewer. However, we are happy to offer contactless support for issues such as password resets, redeem ConnectMe coupons and general advice on our services.

Please also note that the printing service will remain closed until further notice. We thank you for your understanding.
