Due to an internal event, the IT Center will only be open for you during limited opening hours on Friday, September 29, 2023.

You can contact the IT-ServiceDesk on this day as follows:

• Via chat: from 7:30 am to 4 pm via the “Chat Support” button. You can find this button in the IT Center website, our documentation portal IT Center Help, on RWTHmoodle.
• Via e-mail: Of course, you can contact us at any time by e-mail at servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de

For personal support, our locations below will be open for you that day at the following times:

• SuperC: 7:30 am to 1 pm
• Seffenter Weg 23: 7:30 am to 1 pm

InfoPoint and General Accessibility

The infoPoint at Seffenter Weg 23 will be open until 1:30 pm on that day. The entrance there will also be open until then.

The upper entrance of the service building at Seffenter Weg 23 to the IT-ServiceDesk will be open until 5 pm; the entrance to the annex building at Kopernikusstrasse 6 will be closed at 5:30 pm.

For appointment-based admission outside the above-mentioned opening hours, please notify your interviewer in good time.

From Monday, October 2, 2023, the IT Center will be open again at the usual opening hours.
