We have great news for you! Starting April 1, 2025, we are extending our hours: The printing service will be available Monday to Friday for RWTH institutions!

Full Power Is Back!

During the COVID period, we had to completely shut down the printing service. After that, our offering was only available three days a week. Many of you reached out and expressed a desire for longer opening hours. And we listened!

Thanks to numerous requests and the increasing demand, we can now offer full service again. Five days a week! For you, this means: more flexibility, shorter waiting times and more efficient processing of your orders.

Shorter Waiting Times – Faster Results!

The previous arrangement with only three open days often led to delays. Orders submitted on Wednesdays often stayed pending for the rest of the week, as the printing service was not open on Thursdays and Fridays. This is now a thing of the past!

With our new hours, you can now submit your orders continuously from Monday to Friday – and processing will be faster than before. That means less stress, less waiting time, and more time for your actual projects!

The Most Important Information at a Glance

New opening hours starting April 1, 2025:

Monday – Friday: 9am to 1pm
Completed orders can still be picked up in the afternoon at the IT-ServiceDesk, Seffenter Weg 23, after consultation.

Who can use the printing service?

Unfortunately, the printing service is not available for private use by employees and students. It is only available to authorized users of an RWTH institution.

We Look Forward to Seeing You!

We are thrilled to be able to offer you our full service again. This expansion has been made possible thanks to your feedback and we hope it will make your work easier.

Do you have any questions or suggestions? Then please leave us a comment or speak to us directly. We look forward to your feedback and are eager to hear about your experiences with the new opening hours!
