InfoBook: Examination Phase with RWTHmoodle

The examination phase is a stressful time for everyone involved. While the students are studying, writing exams and waiting for their grades, the examiners may still be preparing the last exam study rooms, correcting and grading the exams.
We have therefore collected useful information for lecturers on the topics of exam study rooms in RWTHmoodle, assigning grades and viewing exams in RWTHmoodle.
You can also read our articles on the basics of RWTHmoodle, the ABC of exam registration and general instructions for RWTHmoodle. Students should contact the ZPA if they have entered incorrect grades.
Upgrade for Writing Back Exams: In-House Development “MosesInt” Helps

Do you know how exam dates are organized at RWTH? Every semester, a large number of dates are planned centrally using the “carpe diem!” software and then transferred to RWTHonline – a process known as “exam re-registration”.
Until now, the complex merging of data from both systems has posed a particular challenge. As the software providers were not yet able to provide an automated solution for the process, the IT Center and the departments involved had to resort to manual workarounds.
