Aalto Acoustics Lab (Espoo, Finland) is a collective of five professors working on different topics in audio and acoustics ranging from concert halls to acoustic materials and from virtual analog models to human superhearing. At the moment there are three post-docs and some 20 doctoral students working in the lab. This presentation will give an overview of research activities and facilities at the lab. Special attention will be given to room acoustic modeling that is the core research area for myself (Lauri Savioja).
