Due to an internal event, the IT-ServiceDesk will be open at limited hours with a reduced offer on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
During the time from 7:30am to 4pm the IT-ServiceDesk can be contacted as follows:

The following services, on the contrary, are only available from 7:30am until 12 noon:
- Personal support at Seffenter Weg 23
- The Laptop-Rental-Pool
- The submission of DFN user certificates
On this day, the Chat Support is unavailable.
Please keep in mind that our location SuperC is closed on Wednesdays.
Only the opening hours of the print service are not affected by that.
As of Thursday, December 15, 2022, the IT-ServiceDesk will be happy to assist you again at the usual opening hours.
