For personal support, our locations below will be open for you that day at the following times:
- SuperC: 7:30 am to 1 pm
- Seffenter Weg 23: 7:30 am to 1 pm
InfoPoint and General Accessibility
The infoPoint at Seffenter Weg 23 will be open until 1:30 pm on that day. The entrance there will also be open until then.
The upper entrance of the service building at Seffenter Weg 23 to the IT-ServiceDesk will be open until 5 pm; the entrance to the annex building at Kopernikusstrasse 6 will be closed at 5:30 pm.
For appointment-based admission outside the above-mentioned opening hours, please notify your interviewer in good time.
From Monday, October 2, 2023, the IT Center will be open again at the usual opening hours.
