New Availability Times at the IT-ServiceDesk

To optimize accessibility and turnaround times, we are changing IT Service Desk hours from February 2024.

From Monday February 5, 2024, we will be at your service

  • Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and
  • Friday from 8am to 4pm

by phone (+49 241 80 24680), chat (chat support button on the IT Center website, in the IT Center Help documentation portal or in RWTHmoodle) or e-mail as well as in person.

These new times apply to both the SuperC location at Templergraben 57 and the IT Center’s office building at Seffenter Weg 23.
