Our annual company excursion will take place on Friday, April 19, 2024, which means that some employees of the IT Center and the IT-ServiceDesk will not be available on this day. In some cases, there may be delays in ticket processing or telephone availability.
However, the opening hours of the IT-ServiceDesk are not affected by this:
We are open for you as usual at Seffenter Weg 23 and SuperC locations from 8 am to 4 pm.
During this time, you can reach the IT-ServiceDesk as usual via the following channels:

- By e-mail: to servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de,
- Via chat: via the “Chat Support” button, which you can find at the bottom right of the IT Center website, in the documentation platform IT Center Help, or in RWTHmoodle.
- And via our ticket-portal.

The InfoPoint in the Seffenter Weg 23 office building will also be staffed regularly. The closing times of all office buildings are also unaffected.
