Due to internal events, the IT-ServiceDesk will only be available to you during limited opening hours on June 14 and June 21, 2024.

You can contact the IT-ServiceDesk on these days as follows:

• By telephone: from 7:30 am to 4 pm on the phone number +49 241 80 24680
• Via chat: from 7:30 am to 4 pm via the “Chat Support” button.
  You can find this button in the IT Center website, our documentation portal IT Center Help, on RWTHmoodle.
• Via e-mail: Of course, you can contact us at any time by e-mail at servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de
• Personal contact: The IT-ServiceDesk locations at Seffenter Weg 23 and SuperC will close at 12 pm.

InfoPoint and General Accesibility

The InfoPoint at Seffenter Weg 23 is not affected by the changed opening hours on these days and can be reached during the usual opening hours.

These changes only apply to the two days mentioned. Outside of these days, the regular opening hours apply.
