New employees in home office
The IT Center is a central IT facility of RWTH Aachen University that supports the university’s core processes and provides IT services. Regardless of whether a service is provided specifically for a single customer or in the same way for many customers, corresponding processes must be developed or analysed and optimised. The customers and users of the (IT-)services provided by the IT Center include not only students, employees and institutions of RWTH Aachen University, but also other universities and external research institutions and companies. Digitization, cloud, high-performance computing, 5G and the associated IT infrastructure – the developments in the IT industry are unstoppable.
