The Results of the 2024 IT Center Satisfaction Survey Are In!

In October and November 2024, we conducted our 13th IT Center Satisfaction Survey, in which all members of the RWTH Aachen University community, including students and staff, were able to evaluate the services and support offered by the IT Center. In the survey, we also asked you for suggestions for improvement, which have already been reviewed and analyzed by our various teams and groups over the past few months.

Multifactor-authentication (MFA) is a security method that enables access to digital resources such as devices, networks or online services by combining multiple authentication factors. Essentially, MFA requires at least two independent confirmations of a user’s identity to access the resource.

Once again this year, the Strategy and Organisation Working Group of the Association of Centres for Communication and Information Processing conducted a survey on the most important topics and trends of IT institutions from research institutions and universities in Germany. 85 institutions participated in this year’s survey, providing exciting insights into promising IT topics that will shape the year 2022.
