Aachen based, KLANG:technologies produces Hard- and Software to deliver immersive, three dimensional in-ear monitor mixes for musicians. This is achieved using binaural technologies. The focus is to give the musician a simple to use interface.
During the internship, the task was to develop a tool that can automatically measure KLANG products and determine if the signal processing was performed correctly. The software framework JUCE was used in the project and primarily handled the interaction with the sound card. Furthermore, additional tools were implemented to aid in the automation of the measurement process. In this presentation, an overview of the implemented tools will be given and how they can be used to measure.
