In consultation with the University Medical Center, it has been decided to extend the offer for vaccination to all university members born on or before December 31, 1990. Anyone from the previously invited age groups will, of course, still be eligible to book an appointment. The booking portal, which can be found at this link, will open for the new age group from 8 am on Thursday June 17, 2021. You still need your personnel number to book an appointment. If you do not know it, you can find it in the RWTH Selfservice under RWTH Data. In addition, the responsible HR department will be happy to help you.
Please also note the following information from the University Medical Center:
- Due to the still existing vaccine shortage, everyone must adhere to the six-week interval between the two vaccinations. It is not possible to deviate from scheduled appointments for personal reasons.
- Individuals who have already received a first vaccination at another facility (vaccination center, family practice, etc.) cannot book their second vaccination through the University Medical Center.
The Crisis Management Team will inform RWTH members as soon as younger cohorts are eligible to book a vaccination appointment.
